GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ more particularly in the form of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 to 7 in interfering with the civil disputes among the petitioner and the 8TH to 12TH respondents by threatening to stop further construction and to demolish the present construction in land upto an extent of Ac. 1.41 cents in Sy.No.62, Ambedkar Colony Residential Area, Ward No.3, Avilala Village Accounts, No.39, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Tirupati, Tirupathi Registration District, Tirupathi District and by summoning the petitioner to the police station without any formal notice or complaint at the behest of 8TH to 12TH respondents and in coercing the petitioner to act to the tunes of 8TH to 12TH respondents and failing which threatening with dire consequences, implication in false cases is as per se illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of Natural Justice, without power of authority and opposed to the Articles 14, 19, 21 and 3 00A of the Constitution of India.” 2. Sri Venkatesh B Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station and interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter. 3 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents except under due process of law. In the event of any crime registered against the petitioner, the police are directed to follow due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
