Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr. Ramarao Kochiri, learned counsel for respondent No.3 has furnished a copy of instructions of the 3'^^ respondent duly informing that the petitioner was paid the amounts 05.05.2025 by way of two CFMS bills, bearing Nos.2025-87131 and 2025- 87564 for an amount of Rs.8,51,360/- and Rs. 1,08,640/- respectively. Further, learned counsel has also furnished the beneficiary details to establish that the payments were made successfully to the petitioner herein, which fact was also admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. on 4. In view of the above, this Court feels that the orders passed by this Court were complied with by the contemnor. I Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to 5. costs.
