ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction(s) essentially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus impugning the high handed and un-authorized action of the respondent No.2 in seeking to interfere in civil dispute and also coercing us to give consent for laying electrical lines by the respondent No.4 through our land to an extent of Ac.4.34 cents in Sy No.822 of Dharmavaram Village, Anantapuramu District as illegal, arbitrary, capricious and whimsical resulting in violation of Arti 31e 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to interfere with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the land to an extent of Ac.4.34 cents in Sy No.822 of Dharmavaram Village, Anantapuramu District...”
2. Heard Sri Karanam Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and 4th respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioners and police are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
