order to i permit the Official Liquidator to declare and disburse dividend at the rate of 100 paise the admitted Secured debt an amount of 79,985.33 ps. to Sri G.Gopala Raju the sole workman of the company In Liqn ii) Permit the Official liquidator to dispense with opening separate dividend account and to pay the dividend from the P.D. account of the Official Liquidator as the dividend now payable is only to Sri G.Gopala Raju the sole workman of the company InLiqn iii. permit the Official Liquidator to dispense with the publication of notice of dividend in newspapers . iv. permit the Official Liquidator to send individual notice of dividend in Form No 138 with receipt by post to Sri G.Gopala Raju the sole workman of the company In Liqn v. authorize Official Liquidator to fix the schedule for making payment. vi.

authorize the Official Liquidator to pay dividend amount to the workmen to his/her legal heirs upon produce of proofs by such legal heirs certificate, death certificate, family members certificate or such other certificate issued by M R O or like authority instead of producing a succession certificate and also upon furnishing personal indemnity, in terms of Rule 280 of the Companies court) Rules,1959 (if applicable). vii. authorize Official Liquidator to transfer the unpaid dividend, if any, after the expiry of 6 (six) months period to Companies Liquidation Account, in terms of Section 555 of the Companies Act, 1956. viii. authorise the Official Liquidator to take all necessary actions and steps which are incidental to declaration and payment of dividend and to effectively implement the orders of this Honble Court in that regard. ix order that the costs of this application do come out of the assets of the Company in liquidation and Pass Counsel for the Appellant:

ORDER:
Heard learned Standing Counsel for the official liquidator.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator submitted that, in view of the orders of this Court, only one claim, namely that of Sri Gottimukkala Gopala Raju, has been received and the same is pertains to workmen’s dues. He further submitted that pursuant to the orders dated 12.11.2025, the Official Liquidator was permitted to disburse the admissible amount to the sole claimant. Further, any surplus amount which was remained with the Official Liquidator, after disbursement of the said claim, can be directed to be kept in a separate escrow account. Any amount at escrow account is subject to further orders of this Hon’ble Court, in the event any additional claims are received after the closure of the present application.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel for the official liquidator, this Court is inclined to order the official liquidator to disburse the admitted amount as entitled by the claimant and comply with the orders of this Court dated 12.11.2025, in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present Company Application is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________
