These writ petitions are pending since 2017. Petitioners name were not included in the final list published on 12.05.2017 for regular appointment by UPSRTC. The process was concluded in compliance of direction passed by Co-ordinate Bench in bunch of writ petiton leading being Jageshwar Singh and 3 Ors Vs. State of U.P. and 3 others vide a judgment dated 20.07.2016. 3. Sri Mritunjay Mohan Sahai, learned counsel for respondent has referred the counter affidavit, wherein at least cases of all petitioners in Writ No.25490 of 2017 were described and that reasons for not inclusion were mentioned, however, the Court finds that reasons are not specifically disclosed in some cases. Similar position exist in counter affidavit filed in other writ petitions also. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, all writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondents to convey reasons for not including respective writ petitioners for consideration for regular appointment. The aforesaid exercise shall be concluded within six weeks. Subsequently, petitioners will be at liberty to take recourse of any legally permissible remedy. Order Date :- 12.8.2025 P.
