The petitioner claims that they had published an advertisement dated 23.07.2022 for recruitment to the post of teaching and non-teaching staff in Janta Inter College Kamalpur, Sangloakoti, Pauri Garhwal (“the college”). The applications were received which were forwarded to the respondent no.3 the Chief Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal, but thereafter, no instructions have been received. He would submit that the respondent no.3, the Chief Education Officer, Pauri Garhwal may be directed to conclude the proceedings and if required, re-advertise the position so that the college may get teaching and non- teaching staff. There is no such objection to the claim that has been made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3, the Chief Education Officer to look into the matter. If the rules permit, the process of recruitment may continue as per the advertisement dated 23.07.2022 and if fresh advertisement is required to be issued, as per rules and regulations applicable, let such fresh advertisement be issued and the process be completed within the stipulated time limit.
