1. This criminal revision has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:
“ 1. The petition may kindly be allowed, Set aside all the order passed by Bilaspur Family Court in case of MJC 329/2015 (revised MJC 274/2016) titled with Mamta Sahu and Others Versus Jayendra Sahu and maintenance be rejected for respondent No. 01 Mamta Sahu
2. Considering the strong substance and crystal clear evidence under Section 56, 58 and 65B of the Indian Evidence Act kindly be prosecute respondent under Section 340 read with 195 of the Cr.P.C.
3. Upon enquiry kindly be direct to Registrar of High Court of Chhattisgarh to lodge FIR against Mamta Sahu under Section 177, 181, 182, 191, 193, 199, 200, 420 and Section 468 of the IPC.”
2. From the CIS report of the learned trial court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of MJC No. 329/ 2015 (Revised MJC No. 274/2016), it appears that the final order has already been passed by learned
3 Family Court, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for proceedings under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.
