Ravi Shanker Advocate for Respondents CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI : 6th May 2025 DATE PC : The present petition has been filed challenging the order State Consumer Disputes at Vijayawada, whereby the application condonation of delay in preferring the appeal against the order of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission dated 17.12.2024 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Redressal Commission seeking District was dismissed. 2. It appears that there a delay of 109 days in preferring the Disputes Redressal Commission by Company Limited/petitioners on the ground that the petitioners had was appeal before the State Consumer M/s. HDFC Life Insurance application was dismissed the herein. The failed to 2 HCJ & RCJ W.P.No.11559 of 2025 show any cause much less sufficient cause, which would justify the condonation of 109 days in preferring the appeal. We have gone through the application filed by the petitioners 3. herein with a view to understand the averments made by the petitioners to justify the delay. On a perusal of the application, we are convinced that the view 4. expressed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission requires no interference inasmuch as the petitioner in the application had miserably failed to give any inkling regarding the date of knowledge of the order impugned and the consequent delay. We find no perversity in the order impugned. 5. 6. The present petition is found to be without any merit and is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
