Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in light of the fact that the applicants are the legal representatives of deceased Sh. Anil Kumar Mahajan, therefore, these applications are disposed of by ordering the substitution of late Sh. Anil Kumar Mahajan by the applicants, who are ordered to be impleaded as petitioners No.1(i) to 1(iii). Delay in filing the applications is condoned and abatement, if any, is also ordered to be set aside. CARBC No.106 of 2025 a/w CARBC No.107 & 108 of 2025 3. Amended memo of parties is taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties inform the Court that the specified value of these cases is less then Rs.30 lack i.e., the aggregate value of the claim as also the counter claim. In light of this fact, Registry is directed to transfer these cases to the appropriate Court. 4. Accordingly, the cases stand disposed of, so also pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
