This is the Second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 32/2023 registered at Police Station- Singhodha, District Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 20(B) of the NDPS Act. 2. The earlier bail application of the applicant being MCRC No. 7688 of 2024 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2024 on KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 the ground that the quantity of contraband article which have been recovered from the possession of the applicant along with co- accused persons, is much above the commercial quantity. Hence this second bail application. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the new ground for filing of the second bail application is that on 08.12.2024, the father of the accused/applicant was died therefore, it was required to participate in custom ritual commence after death of his father. Therefore, he was also filed I.A. No. 01/2024, which is an application for grant of Interim Bail. However, the case could not listed at that time and the applicant could not be released, therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous. 4.
