Sri Prabhaker Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. 4. On perusal of the docket, it transpires that no interim order has been granted in the said matter. In view of the same, cause of action may not be survived in this petition. 5.
