JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH) This petition is filed by the respondent-Husband challenging the order dated 11th March, 2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.223 of 2018 on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bellari. 2. After the appearance of respondent herein, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad for settlement between the parties. 3. The parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and settled the matter in terms of Memorandum of Agreement dated 20th December, 2024. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:50 RPFC NO. 100065 OF 2022 4. Both the parties are present before the Court and agreed that the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre in terms of Memorandum of Agreement dated 20th December, 2024. The petitioner-husband had agreed to pay permanent alimony of Rs.6,00,000/- to the respondent-Wife in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre. 5. In that view of the matter, the present petition stands disposed of in accordance with the terms of settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, High Court of Karnataka, Dharwad. 6. Registry is directed to release the amount in deposit before this Court for sum of Rs.3,11,000/- deposited by the petitioner-husband in favour of the respondent-Wife after due identification.
