Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 485 of 2022 for the offences registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa. 3. On 06.08.2021, the Informant was waylaid by three unknown persons near Mahuli More. Accused persons looted Rs. 1.47 lakhs from the Informant. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR, nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that on the basis of confession of co-accused and the petitioner, motorcycle which was used in commission of the offence was recovered. He has further stated that none of the witnesses have stated the registration number of the motorcycle which was used in commission of the offence 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Smt. Veena Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 485 of 2022. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/
