It appears that there are corrections in the matter. There are error in mentioning the date and also the purpose for licence as per Annexure 1 in the petition. 2. The date of issuance of license is 22.06.2010 and it was issued as for running Card Room/Card Club. However, in the order dated 27.11.2024 date is mentioned as ‘02.11.1992’ and purpose for issuance of license shown as ‘video game parlour’. As such, the corrections needs to be carried out in para 2 of the order dated 27.11.2024. Delete Prity 2 / 2 8.ca203.2025 ‘02.11.1992’ and substitute it by ‘22.06.2010’ and also delete ‘video game parlour’ in line 3 of the second para with words “Card Room/Card Club”. After carrying out the corrections, corrected order be uploaded accordingly. 3. Leave to amend prayer clause of application of speaking to minutes is granted. Amendment be carried out forthwith. 4.
