2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 98/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 385, 386, 504, 506, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Miss Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih.
3. On 28.06.2022, at about 06:30 p.m., three unknown persons came to the Dhaba of the informant and on pistol point, demanded Rangdari. They also fired upon him, but the informant had a providential escape.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that no money was handed over to the accused persons.
5. It appears that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court as well as by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Smriti Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Bagodar P.S. Case No. 98/2022.
