At the threshold, learned Public Prosecutor has produced one factual report dated 01.06.2025 prepared by S.H.O, Police Station Bhiwadi, District Alwar, which reveals that after completion of investigation, no offence is found to be made out against the petitioner, police has proposed negative final report before the competent court. 3.
