Aishwarya Chowdary, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.V. Satish, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL. 2. Ms. K. Aishwarya Chowdary, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri V.V. Satish, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Deputy Executive Engineer Operation, JNPC Parawada, APEPDCL, dated 01.09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “Present status The petitioner paid LT application charges Rs. 100/- vide Reg no NSCREG03521245 on Dt: 05.08.2025 with connected load 5KW under commercial category with estimate and the Assistant Executive Engineer /Operation/JNPC Paravada was joint inspection was conducted along with the petitioner and the petitioner shows the another right of way. Now the application is under sanctioning stage.” 4. The above Written Instructions would indicate that the right of way shown by the Writ Petitioner has been jointly inspected by the Deputy Executive Engineer as well as the Petitioner and that having been satisfied with the right of way, the Application made by the Writ Petitioner is under sanction stage. 5. Having noted the same, this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the Writ Petitioner in the Writ Petition has been redressed and no further action is necessary. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 7. Needless to state that Official Respondents shall act in accordance with the Written Instructions as indicated above. 8.
