This MCC has been filed for restoration of First Appeal No.180 of 2006 which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 14.11.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs submits that due to inadvertence, the order dated 14/11/2024 passed by this Court could not be complied within the stipulated time. Therefore, he prays for the order dated 14/11/2024 may be recalled, this MCC No.13 of 2025 may be allowed and the F.A.No.180/06 may be restored to its original number. 3. Not opposed by the other parties. 4. Accordingly, this MCC is allowed and FA No.180 of 2006 is restored to its original number subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of 14 working days from today, failing which this order shall lose its efficacy.
