Being aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted statutory revision before the 3rd respondent as evident by Ext.P4 which is now pending consideration. The limited relief sought by the petitioner is to direct the 4th respondent to pass orders thereon within a time frame. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition. Accordingly, it is ordered that, the 3rd respondent shall take up Ext.P4 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing the the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this judgment.
