The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.10.2018 (Annexure-4 to the writ petition) passed by the Special Officer Rationing (SOR), Dhanbad whereby the PDS license of the petitioner has been cancelled.
2. No one appears on behalf of the respondents.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that the petitioner has efficacious remedy of preferring statutory appeal against the impugned order dated 27.10.2018, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
4. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take recourse of preferring statutory appeal against the aforesaid impugned order.
