GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent interfering with life, liberty & properties of Petitioners without any manner of right as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Art. 14, 19, 21 86 300-A of the Constitution of India and principles of natural justice.” 2 2. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the respondent No.4, the police have registered a case against the petitioners in Crime No.179 of 2021 of Rompicherla Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 323 read with 34 IPC. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
