Mr. Abrar Ahmad Siddiqui, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was issued Patta. On query he draws attention to page 16 being extract of the record, bearing his client's name against new Gata no. 101 (old Gata no. 40 Mn.) area 16 decimals situate in village Harikaran Patti in District Jaunpur. State Authorities wrongfully and illegally demolished his house. He seeks direction to pay compensation or re-construction of the house. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the revenue Court by order dated 16th December 2021 had cancelled the Patta. Petitioner sought recall of the order. In the circumstances, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. Mr. Himanshu Shukla, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent no.4 (Gram Panchayat). 4. Petitioner is engaged in obtaining statutory remedy. In event he is able to get set aside the cancellation of his Patta, question of compensation or re-construction against demolition made pursuant to the cancellation, will arise.
