By the present writ petition the petitioner is questing the impugned order dated 25.07.2023 wherein interim order has been passed in favour of Respondent No. 7. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of submission submits that Sub Divisional Officer (SDO), Basna has stayed the sale and mutation proceedings regarding the land in question bearing Khasra No. 1000/4. He further submits that as the appeal is pending before the SDO Basna, the writ petition be disposed off with the direction to the SDO to decide the same within a stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel submits that if the appeal is still pending the same shall be decided with stipulated period. 4. Considering the submissions made, Sub Divisional Officer, Basna is directed to decide the appeal pending before him in accordance with law and on its own merit within 50 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
