1. Petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated February 20, 2025.
2. Defacto complainant is represented.
3. Co-ordinate Bench, recorded the offer of the petitioner that the petitioner will cooperate with the investigation and hand over documents whenever sought for by the investigating agency.
4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, no documents were handed over to the investigating officer by the petitioner.

5. Non-compliance by the petitioner, of one of the conditions of grant of interim protection is established.
6. Petitioner is enjoying interim order of this Court from time to time.
7. Petitioner stands implicated in a case of defalcation. Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner misappropriated funds belonging to the Staff Association Co-operative Society where the petitioner was the chairman.
8. Continuing with the interim order or granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner will be inimical to the investigation.
9. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
10. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
