This appeal has been preferred by the appellant being aggrieved by the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.06.2016 passed by the learned IX th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur C.G. in S.T. No. 204/2014 (Criminal Case No. 15254/14 P.S. Kharora), whereby, the trial Court has convicted the appellants under Section 324/34 of IPC and sentenced them to undergo to the period already undergone by the appellants and to pay fine of Rs. 5,000/- each with default stipulation. From the record, it is apparent that the fine amount has already been deposited by the Appellants. 2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that since the appellants have already undergone jail sentence and deposited the fine amount, the appellants does not want to prosecute this appeal further more and as such, they may be permitted to withdraw this appeal. 3.
