The instant writ petition relates to grant of retiral dues, such as GPF, pension, leave encashment and other admissible dues. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been retired from service on 31.07.2022, but the retiral dues has not been disbursed to him till date, as such, a direction be issued to the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of all retiral dues. 3. In response, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.12 submits that since the State Government has not recommended the case of the petitioner for grant of GPF, as such, he is unable to grant GPF to the petitioner. 4. Learned State counsel submits that within some short period, they will consider the case of the petitioner and disburse all the retiral dues. 5. Be that as it may, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and will disburse all the retiral dues such as pension, GPF, leave encashment as well as other admissible dues in favour of the petitioner within a period of 45 3 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order subject to verification of the case against the petitioner. 6. It is made clear that if all the retiral dues will not be granted within the time specified by this Court, the respondent authorities will be liable to pay interest at the rate of 6% per annum. 7.
