The present bail application has been filed under Section 482 BNSS in connection with FIR No. 350/2025 registered at Police Station Ramnagaria, District Jaipur City (East) for the offence(s) under Sections 3, 25(1-B)(A) of Arms Act, 1959 (Amended 2019). 2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that applicant is a young man aged 23 years. It is submitted there are no criminal antecedent registered against the accused- applicant and that the recovery was carried out from co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail. It is submitted that matter is triable by Magistrate. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the present bail application. 4. Having heard the contentions made by the counsel representing both the parties, upon a perusal of the material available on record, that applicant is a young man aged 23 years; that there are no criminal antecedent registered against the [2025:RJ-JP:45305] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13384/2025] accused-applicant; that the recovery was carried out from co- accused, who has already been enlarged on bail; that the matter is triable by Magistrate, this Court is inclined to allow the anticipatory bail application subject to a condition that applicant shall join the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer concerned on 24.11.2025 at 11:00 AM. 5. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Ramnagaria, District Jaipur City (East) in F.I.R. No. 350/2025 is directed that in the event of arrest of the accused-applicant Aman Kumar Meena S/o Shri Siyaram Meena, he shall be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station. Withal, following conditions are also imposed upon the applicant:- (i) that the applicant shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; and if the applicant fails to join and render due cooperation in the investigation or does not mark appearance before the concerned authority, as directed hereinabove, the present order allowing anticipatory bail to the applicant shall cease to operate and the non-applicant-State shall be at liberty to move appropriate application; (ii) that the applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the applicant shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
