It is claimed through the petition that the execution proceedings are not taken to its logical end. 4. In the wake of this background, we deem it appropriate to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gondia with whom the execution proceedings, bearing MACT Darkhast No.13/2021, are pending, if not already decided, to decide the same expeditiously. 5.
