ORAL ORDER
Petitioner sought for issuance of writ of certiorari to set aside the order dated 06.07.2021 passed by the Assistant Commissioner at Annexure-G. In terms of the direction of the Assistant Commissioner to the person at Annexure-G, the Assistant Commissioner has directed that entry be made in column 11 of the RTC to the effect that the layout is unauthorised and sales are prohibited. Petitioner raised various contentions and submits that the
order at Annexure-G is without any basis.
2. Learned AGA submits that the petition may be allowed by reserving liberty to the respondents to take

appropriate action as permissible in law if circumstances so made out.
3. Taking note of the stand of the Government, the writ petition is allowed. The order at Annexure-G is set aside. Consequently, the entries made in the RTC to be reversed within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. Needless to state as there is no adjudication of any issue on hand, the respondents are at liberty to take appropriate action as is permissible in law after following due procedure. All contentions are kept open.
