By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of order dated 02.07.2025, whereby this Court had directed as under: “With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal at the very threshold with a direction to respondent No. 3 to accord consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner which is placed on record as Annexure-II strictly under rules and as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date copy of this order along with the writ petition and Annexures are made available to the said respondent.” 2. Compliance report stands filed, it is stated that in compliance to the order dated 02.07.2025, claim preferred by the petitioner has been duly considered and has been found devoid of any merit, as such rejected. 3. In view of the above, respondents have complied with the order dated 02.07.2025 in its letter and spirit. 4.
