JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 27/10/2025 1. Matter has come up on criminal misc. application filed by the petitioner-applicant for recalling the order dated 14.08.2025 and to restore S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No. 1432/2020, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 14.08.2025. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-applicant submits that on account of bonafide inadvertence and oversight, he could not remain present on 14.08.2025 before the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court whereas on all earlier occasions, learned counsel was present. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is keen to contest the matter on merits. 3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Order dated 14.08.2025 is recalled and S.B.
