For ready reference, the interim order granted by this Court on 09.11.2022 is extracted hereunder:- <In view of the fact that the petitioner had obtained all necessary permissions for establishing a bio-treatment facility, there shall be an interim direction as prayed for. However, in view of the concerns raised by Sri S.Ramalakshmana Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the implead respondent No.7, the police authorities, while implementing the interim order granted by this Court shall also take care not to interfere with the agricultural activities of the farmers and residents of the said village.= 6. In the light of the interim orders passed by this Court dated 09.11.2022, the Writ Petition is disposed of confirming the same as absolute.
