2. At the very outset, learned counsel for Respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that the interim orders which were passed on WPC No.1594 of 2024, the said writ petition has been finally dismissed today itslef, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant contempt petition.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant contempt petition with liberty to assail the final order passed in WPC No.1594 of 2024.
4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the instant contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to assail the final order passed by this Court in WPC No.1594 of 2024 in an appropriate petition, if so advised. SD/- (Arvind Kumar Verma)
