^9. 2. Heard Ms. M.Shalini, learned counsel for the Petitioner arTd Tearned counsel for the respondents. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.3 would submit that i:: obedience to the interim orders passed by this Court dated 17.05.2018, petitioners were permitted to submit their applications. They have submitted their applications accordingly. They have attended the written examination. Petitioner No.5 could not qualify in the written examination. Now he is retired in the Society.
Petitioner No.3 has submitted resignation and he is not working in the Society. Petitioner No.4 is not qualified in the written examination working in the Society. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that petitioner No.2 is qualified in the written examination and interview and joined in the bank and now retired. Petitioner No.1 is selected for the post working in the bank. in

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the interim order would show, if the petitioners are successful in the written test and the interview, issuance of appointment orders shall be deferred until further orders. So necessary directions will be given for issuance of appointment orders, if such orders are not issued so far.
5. Considering the submissions made, by recording the submissions of learned Standing Counsel and recording the position of the candidates, it is apposite to dispose of the present writ petition, with a direction to respondent No.3 to issue appointment orders to the persons who are selected in the V
3 recruitment process, if no such appointment orders are not issued so far. No
order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
