The petitioner has challenged the suspension order dated 19.02.2025 on various grounds. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, a charge-sheet was submitted on 26.05.2025. In this regard, petitioner has submitted his reply, however, till date, departmental inquiry is not concluded. 4. Learned counsel for respondent has not able to dispute above submission. 5. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation/direction that in case, with the cooperation of the petitioner, departmental proceeding is not concluded within period of 6 weeks, the suspension order shall be deem to be kept in abeyance, subject to outcome of the proceedings.
