Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Mr.Y.Ramesh 3. Reddy sold the land to the petitioner admeasuring a total extent of Ac.0-16 cents out of his Ac.0-83 cents of land situated in Chennamukkapalli Village, Rayachoty Mandal, Annamaiah District, through a Registered sale deed vide document No.5640/2018. Since then, the petitioner became the absolute owner and has been in peaceful possession of the said property. Later, the 3 petitioner requested the 4"^ respondent to mutate his name in the revenue records. While things stood thus, one Mr.S.Parthasaradhi, preferred an appeal before the 3'"'^ respondent and the respondent allowed the appeal against which Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner and the same is allowed by the 2^^ respondent through his proceedings in D.Dis (D2)/391/2023 dated 04.04.2023 by setting aside the order of the RDO/3"^ respondent and the 4 respondent is also directed to cancel the entries made illegally in favour of the 4. th respondent C.Parthasaradhi and Eswara Prasad and to restore back the entries existing before as on the date 14.12.2022. The 2'^^ and 4'^^ respondents restored the entries as of 14.12.2022, by which the petitioner’s vendors name is restored without considering claim of the petitioner. Even though the petitioner made applications dated 09.01.2023 in spandana, 04.04.2023 and 13.09.2024 through Village-Ward Secretariat, the 4*^ respondent did not choose to mutate the petitioner’s name in the Revenue Records. The vendor of the property also submitted a letter dated 23.09.2023 to the 4‘^ respondent with all the details of sate particulars of his property to various vendees. The petitioner also made an application on the very same day and also on 04.04.2023. The 4*'^ respondent himself issued an endorsement dated 07.02.2023, wherein he observed that the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of Ac.0-16 cents by way of purchase from Mr.Y.Ramesh 4 Reddy through a Registered sale deed vide document No.5640/2018 17.08.2018. Even though the petitioner is having clear title over the property 4^^ respondent is not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. dated 5. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the applications submitted by the I [ petitioner. / 6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application in Form-6A to the respondent authorities strictly adhering to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Land in Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and Rules framed therein from time to time for correction of entries in the concerned revenue records through Mee Seva/ AP Online/ Village Secretariat and also in terms of G.O.Ms.No.209 dated 14.06.2017 and on payment of requisite fee along with all the required documents, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, after providing an 5 opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, within a period of three (03) months, thereafter. 7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. Sd/- Wl.
