Heard the learned counsel for the parties and considered their rival submissions. Perusal the CD file, produced by the Investigating Officer, Inspector Mr. Ravinder Kumar of Police Station, Chassana, District Reasi. 2. Perused the instant application supported with an affidavit. Also perused the main quashment petition and the copies of the documents enclosed with the same. 3. In the light of the aforementioned perusal and consideration, this Court of the opinion that it may meet the interest of justice, in case,the order dated 12.11.2024 passed on this petition is made absolute. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 12.11.2024 is made absolute with the further condition that petitioners shall remain punctual at the trial in case of the presentation of the final report/challan. 5. The complaint filed by the victim, which led to the registration of the impugned FIR discloses the commission of cognizable offences. The perusal of the CD file also reveals that the Investigating Officer has collected evidence during the investigation of the case in support of the complainant’s case. 2. In this backdrop, the instant quashment petition is not sustainable under law and is accordingly dismissed with liberty to the respondent No. 1 and the Investigating Officer of the case to proceed further in the matter. 3.
