1. The present civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for restoration of W.P.(S) No.2178 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 29th February,
2024.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present civil miscellaneous petition, W.P.(S) No.2178 of 2022 is restored to its original file and stage subject to condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocates Clerk Welfare Fund, High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi and shall remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, by 24th September, 2025.
3. This CMP is, accordingly, disposed of.
