The present application has been filed for transferring the Probate Case No. 13 of 2012 filed by the petitioners from the Court of District Judge, Saharsa to the court of District Judge, Supaul. 3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party in which it is stated that opposite parties have no objection in transferring the present case from Saharsa to Patna High Court MJC No.1668 of 2024(5) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 Supaul. 4. Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties, the Probate Case No. 13 of 2012 filed by the petitioners is transferred from the Court of District Judge, Saharsa to the court of District Judge, Supaul. Office is directed to transmit a copy of this order to both the learned District Judge within four weeks. 5.
