Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am of the view that, it is open for the petitioner to approach the aforesaid Authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and thereafter, the aforesaid Authority is requested to consider the plea made by the petitioner, within a time frame of two months, therefrom. 3.
