The petitioner is successful resolution applicant in terms of order of NCLT dated 30.07.2024 for resolution of the debts of M/S Sarvottam Realcon Private Limited. The resolution plan envisages that the petitioner will apply before GDA, which has been categorized as an operational creditor, for revised compounding plan and at the time of release of revised compounding plan, the petitioner is required to deposit 3,22,94,384/- and balance amount of Rs.12 crores in four equal six monthly installments of Rs.3 crores each alongwith interest at the rate of 12 per cent per annum applicable from the date of release of revised compounding plan. 3. The case of the petitioner is that they applied for sanction of the revised compounding plan on 4th December, 2024 but no decision has been taken by GDA on the same. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case and prayer made, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent no.2 to take decision on the revised compounding plan submitted by the petitioner on 04.12.2024 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
