The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4**^ respondent is interfering with the possession of the petitioner over an extent of Ac. 1-51 cents in Sy. No.632-2 and Ac.4-00 cents in Sy.No.653-P3 of Thorrivemula Village, Mylavaram Mandal, YSR Kadapa District without issuing any notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner inherited the aforementioned lands from his ancestors. The name of the petitioner is updated in the Record of Rights. In proof of the same, the petitioner filed Ex.P.1 Pattadar Pass Book, Ex.P.2-RoR IB and other records. revenue
\ 3 Learned Assistant Government Pleader on oral instructions would submit that the 4**^ respondent is not interfering with the petitioners possession over the aforementioned properties.
