The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially petitioner was appointed as Junior Stenographer in A.P.Secretariat and worked in different posts and now he is Deputy Secretary. The respondents 8 to 12 are harassing the petitioner and also he trying to implicate in criminal cases by the respondents 5 to 12 and also damaging the reputation of the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, by directing the petitioner to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
