The present intra Court appeal has been filed by the appellants against the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPC No. 3468 of 2022 (Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd. vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the learned Single Judge has disposed off the writ petition filed by the respondent No.1/writ petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal as their grievance has already been redressed by the subsequent order dated 08.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in CONT No. 686 of 2023. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the present writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn without any further liberty.
