Learned counsel for the appellant addressed a letter dated 24.04.2025 to the Registry, by enclosing the letter dated 20.04.2025 addressed to him by the appellant/defacto complainant, stating that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties reached a settlement out of Court and filed a petition for grant of divorce by mutual consent vide FCOP No. 141 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Vizianagaram, and the same was posted to 26.04.2025, and requesting to list the Criminal Appeal under the caption ‘for withdrawal’. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the appellant/cfe facto complainant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Appeal. Permission is accorded. 2. 3. 4.
