In compliance of this Court's order dated 7.4.2025, the revisionist and Opposite Party No.2, both are present before this Court. The revisionist and Opposite Party No. 2 as well as their counsels have submitted before this Court that the parties have entered into a compromise and the matter had been settled amicably. 2. Learned counsels appearing for the parties as well as parties present before this Court have further submitted that this criminal revision may be allowed and the order impugned in this criminal revision may be set aside. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties and parties who are present before this Court in person, this criminal revision is hereby allowed. The order dated 29.8.2018 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lalitpur in Case No. 47 of 2015 (Smt. Harkunwar Vs. Paltu Ram Ahirwar) is hereby set aside.
