Cr.MP No.3814 of 2026 This Court, vide order dated 26.03.2025, had directed the petitioner to deposit 30% of the total compensation amount with the learned trial Court within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order. Seemingly, the amount was not deposited within the stipulated time. On 18.06.2025, this Court, on the basis of an application (Cr.MP No.2421 of 2025) filed by the petitioner, had granted two weeks' time to do the needful. The amount was apparently still not deposited. Again on 02.07.2025, two weeks' time was afforded to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 26.03.2025, but to no avail. The petitioner despite ample opportunity has failed to comply with the order dated 26.03.2025. Since the respondents have also filed an application seeking vacation of the interim protection granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.03.2025, therefore, the said application is also allowed and the interim protection granted for the petitioner stands withdrawn accordingly.
