1. Today, the case is listed for orders on default(s).
2. This Contempt petition has been preferred by the applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act,1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in WP(S) No.6940/2024.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that order under contempt has been complied with by the respondent authorities and applicant is fully satisfied with the said compliance.

In view of the fact that respondent authorities have complied with the order dated 25.10.2024 passed in WP(S) No.6940/2024 of this Court, as contended by both the parties, nothing remains in instant contempt case. Thus, no case of contempt is made out, as such I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter, initiating contempt proceeding against the respondent.
6. Accordingly, contempt proceeding is dropped. No order as to costs. Sd/-
