Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.72 of 2024 of Elwinpeta Police Station, Parvathipuram Manyam District, registered against the petitioners for the offences under Sections Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989,are hereby quashed. 5.
