Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the main grievance of petitioner are with respect to non-disbursement of the arrears of the salary from April, 2024. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the amount which was sanctioned by the State Government for Block Nawagarh for payment of salary of Teachers to the tune of Rs.7,80,000/- has been deposited in the account of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Nawagarh and now it has been transferred in the account of Treasury. He contended that as per current information received today in the morning, salary will be deposited in the account of employees from the amount sanctioned including 3 petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that first grievance of petitioners is redressed. He also contended that the other grievance of petitioners with respect to regularization and absorption for which petitioners have already submitted representation before the concerned authorities and prays for a direction to the concerned authority to take decision on the pending representation. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, this petition is disposed of directing respondents No.7 to take decision on the pending representation in accordance in with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order and to disburse the amount of salary at the earliest as stated by State counsel. 5.
